1. Appointments
Appointments are confirmed via WhatsApp or phone. Walk-ins are welcome subject to availability. For bridal services, a trial is strongly recommended.
2. Deposits & cancellations
Bridal & large-package bookings require an advance deposit to block the date. Deposits are non-refundable but can be rescheduled with 14 days' notice.
Standard salon appointments can be cancelled up to 4 hours before the slot without charge.
3. Pricing
Service prices are quoted in INR and subject to applicable taxes. Prices may revise; the rate confirmed at booking is the rate honoured.
4. Allergies & skin sensitivity
Please disclose allergies, recent treatments, or skin sensitivities before service. Patch tests are available on request for colour and chemical services.
5. Image & likeness
We photograph select work for our portfolio and social channels. Your image is never published without explicit consent.
6. Liability
We take every reasonable precaution. Services are provided on best-effort basis; reactions outside our control are not the salon's liability.
